Southern Mixed Bean Casserole
6 to 8
strips bacon, diced
1 24-ounce jar
Randall Mixed Beans, drained
3/4 cup
brown sugar
8 ounces
tomato sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 cup
chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain and stir into the Randall Beans.
Stir in the sugar, tomato sauce, mustard, and onions.
Place into a well greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake for 1 hour.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
