Randall Great Northern Beans or Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed

tart apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 cups
drained sauerkraut
1 teaspoon
caraway seed
In 2 quart casserole slice half of the metts into 1/4 inch slices. Stir in Randall Beans and apples. Top with sauerkraut and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Slice the other half of the metts lengthwise. Arrange on top in spoke fashion.
