Beans, Kraut, & Sausage
1 pound smoked metts
1 24-ounce jar Randall Great Northern Beans or Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
2 tart apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 cups drained sauerkraut
1 teaspoon caraway seed
In 2 quart casserole slice half of the metts into 1/4 inch slices. Stir in Randall Beans and apples. Top with sauerkraut and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Slice the other half of the metts lengthwise. Arrange on top in spoke fashion.
Cook, covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
