Bean Tacos
3 taco shells
3/4 cup Randall Bean "Hearty But Healthy Refried Beans"
chopped tomato
chopped raw onion
chopped green pepper
chopped cucumber
shredded lettuce
1/4 cup or more shredded Jack or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
Stuff each taco with 1/4 cup Randall Bean "Hearty But Healthy Refried Beans", garnish to taste with vegetables, sprinkle with a generous spoonful of cheese, and smother with salsa.
